APPEAL from an order of the circuit court for Waukesha County: JOSEPH E. WIMMER, Judge. Reversed and cause remanded. ¶1. Micheal Locklear, a prisoner in the Wisconsin correctional system, appeals pro se from an order of the circuit court dismissing his petition for certiorari review of his probation revocation. Locklear argues that the circuit court erred when it held that his petition was untimely filed. We agree with Locklear that his petition was timely filed; we therefore reverse the order of the circuit court and remand this matter to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with this decision.
